Before each game

1. Do announcements to all players (if an announcement sheet provided)
2. Do toss for ends (not required for grading games)

After each game

1. Get both captains to sign the scorecard
2. Encourage both teams to go to the pub and offer them both a drink voucher (not required for teams invited to presidents drinks)

At the end of the night

1. Do referee tally ↓
