Over Summer we run both mixed, men’s, and women’s. Mixed on Wednesdays and mixed, women’s, and men’s on Thursdays.
Over Winter we run mixed, men’s, and women’s all on Wednesdays. Noting over Winter our men’s and womens are 4 week mini competitions, our mixed is full length.
