Individual skills

Individual Skills

The game could not proceed without players being able to perform Individual Skills. An Individual Skill is one that is performed by a single player and should be able to be executed by all players in the team. They include, but are not limited to:

  • Catch
  • Lateral Pass
  • Passing on the run
  • Scoop (picking up the ball)
  • Half Pass
  • Spiral Pass
  • Dummy
  • Rollball (dynamic, on the run, and static (standing still)
  • Tap
  • Running with the ball
  • Evading side-step
  • Swerve
  • Effecting a touch (as a defender or as an attacker)
  • Scoring a touchdown
