Login with GooglePlease note the ladder below is incorrect in that the tiebreaker in the event of two teams finishing on the same points in this grade is the ladder position they had before the round robin started (not percentage). This switches teams 1 and 2 around.
It however does not effect who is in the A grade grand final.

Login with GoogleThis is proposed structure of our Winter 2026 Wednesday mixed social competition. Please note the start date should be firm but changes may be made to dates further out depending like grounds etc.
This week is grand finals and friendlies. In finals there is no extra time so in the event of a draw the team placed higher on the ladder (listed first) is declared the premiers.
Importantly teams missing out on grand finals still playoff for final position, so all teams are playing this week.
We will deploy a temporary 4th field to eliminate the late time slot. This is is allow everyone to be there for the presentations and end of season drink which will be held at the Great Northern Hotel, so all members should try to keep it free (its a great night). Noting if you are playing in a grand final you are expected to be there (win or lose) as we present to both team and the referees. Everyone else is highly encouraged.
Week 1 will be a mixed grading round comprising two half length games (equal to one full length game) for all mixed teams. Grading games are used to assess the level of play for teams, they do not count for premiership points, being grading there can be mismatches but it helps us better match teams for the rest of the season.
Women's and men's matches are all full length matches for competition points.
Note mixed teams have high number of byes, but this will diminish each week until week 6, after which there will be no further byes and mixed teams will play every week through until the end of the season.
More info on our season structure is available here.
Week 2 will be a mixed grading round comprising two half length games (equal to one full length game) for all mixed teams. Grading games are used to assess the level of play for teams, they do not count for premiership points, being grading there can be mismatches but it helps us better match teams for the rest of the season.
Women's matches are all full length matches for competition points.
Men's matches at 6:10 PM and 7:00 PM are full length matches. Men's matches at 8:00PM, 8:25PM, and 8:50Pm are half length matches (those teams will play two matches). All men's games are fully competitive matches.
More info on our season structure is available here.
Mixed regular season round 1
Women's round 4
Men's round 3
Week 3 is the beginning of mixed teams playing 1 full length game per night for competition points.
It is the last week of women's and there will be a presentation ceremony and drinks in the clubhouse to celebrate the occasion.
Note the large number of byes will cease after week 4.
On live rubber state of origin nights we run an abbreviated night with three time slots and extra teams having the bye.
Those playing in the first two time slots can catch the entire game, and those playing in the third will miss the first 20 minutes.
This is the last week were we shall have a large number of teams with byes with the exception of origin 2 ( and origin 3 if it is a live rubber) as our women's competition has finished.
This is the final week for men's teams.
All men's teams will play at 7PM and at the conclusion of the games there will be drinks and presentations in the pavilion. All men should be attending the presentation and drinks so keep it free.
For mixed teams notes the high number of byes is almost over, after week 7 there will be no byes for any team with the exception of week 10 with 6 of 24 teams having a bye for origin 3.
As this a state of origin night we will run an abbreviated night with three time slots and extra teams having the bye.
Those playing in the first two time slots can catch the entire game, and those playing in the third will miss the first 20 minutes.
For mixed teams notes the high number of byes is almost over, after week 7 the only other byes for any team will be week 10 with 6 of 24 teams having a bye for origin 3. So most teams will be playing for 9 or 10 straight weeks.
This week is semi finals and friendlies
For semi finals finals eligibility applies. So if a team wishes to field a player not on the team list or who's not played enough games during the season they need permission from the committee.
There is no extra time so in the event of a draw the team placed higher on the ladder goes through.
Importantly PPT is about participation. Therefore teams missing out on finals still playoff for positions, so if your team misses finals you are still playing this week and next week.
Week 1 will be a grading round comprising two half length games (equal to one full length game) for all teams. These games are used to assess the level of play for teams. More info on our season structure is available here.

This form is for players, referees, or supporters who wish to become members of Princes Park Touch Association. It is not for people who would like us to find them a team or join our womens program SWITCH.
If you want us to find you a team please use this form.
If you wish to join our SWITCH program please use this form.
If you are playing regularly on a team, you are required to be a member of our association and if you are not already you are in the right place.
PPT is very different to any other organisation you will ever join and its important you understand why. So please spend 5-6 minutes doing the on boarding properly. Trying to skip through it or not answering questions properly in full may mean you have to do it again or even have your membership declined. 5-6 minutes is nothing in the context of the season you are playing or the 20 plus season we hope you play (and many are playing). Let’s do it!!
