Week 1 will be a grading round comprising two half length games (equal to one full length game) for all teams. These games are used to assess the level of play for teams. More info on our season structure is available here.
- In week 1 we shall have only 4 out of the 6 fields running. As such only just over half the teams will be fixtured in week 1 (the rest having the bye).
- Council have advised that in weeks 2 and beyond fields 5 and 6 will be become available so back to normal, the season will run for 17 weeks this Summer so team will still get a minimum of 13 games (the longest season in Melbourne).
