This week brings us to week 18 of our Winter social competition.

Teams missing finals play through to our final week at PPT so check the results and draw and see where your team is placed and who you are playing in the grand-finals or friendlies.

Fixtures

Are here Wednesday draw

  1. All teams are playing this week and the weather this Wednesday is forecast to be be fine but cool (so pack a jumper)!
  2. Due to everyone playing through to the end of the season we do not run extra time in finals at PPT, in the case of a draw the higher placed team will be declared champions.

If for some reason your team is struggling for players let me know ASAP as it is important to us that everyone who wants to play on our last night can do so.

4 fields, 3 timeslots

We will be running an extra field this week to eliminate the final timeslot. This is a stretch for us but we decided that as we are a social organisation (not a sports organisation) we’d do it as it should enable everyone to celebrate the season. Ideally by having an end of season drink and attending:

Presentations at Great Northern Hotel

There will be end of season drinks and presentations will begin after the third time slot. Please get a drink voucher from your referee or the desk, there will be extra vouchers and we look forward to seeing you there.

Noting those involved in a grand final are expected to be there for presentations.
