Last week the lights went out during the second half of the third timeslot. There is a small chance it could happen again so this its important to understand the protocol everyone needs to follow in these or similar circumstances
If it happens everyone should head to the pavilion and await further instructions. It will be quickly determined which games can proceeds that night or not, do not go home until advised. We’ve never had floodlights go out before but lightning is common over Summer (and usually passes within 10-15 minutes)
In the case of the lights it is unlikely but it could happen again (the underlying problem has been identified but not fixed). However council have found the appropriate key to access the electrical area so it should be possible to get the lights back on within 15 minutes.
