This week brings us to week 13 of the Thursday competition. The last round of our Summer competition for mens teams.

Teams missing finals play through to our final week at PPT (ie all teams are playing) so check the results and see where your team is placed and who you are playing in the grand-finals, preliminary final or friendlies.

Fixtures

Are here Thursday draw

  1. If your team name is bolded in the draw you are playing in a final this week (in A Grade you may end up playing in two). Other teams are playing friendly or playoff matches
  2. All teams are playing this week and the weather this Thursday is forecast to be be fine but cool (so pack a jumper)!
  3. Note we are playing two timesots and three fields only.
  4. Due to everyone playing through to the end of the season we do not run extra time in finals at PPT, in the case of a draw the higher placed team will be declared champions.

If for some reason your team is struggling for players let me know ASAP as it is important to us that everyone who wants to play on our last night can do so.

Presentations and free BBQ

As The mens finals are on the their own night this Thursday we will be running the presenations at the grounds immediately following the matches.

We will also be running a basic free BBQ for all teams. So grab a snag after your games, (perhaps bring a slab) watch the grand finals and presentations then head off to the GNH for a drink with your teammates and opponents

Drinks at Great Northern Hotel

After the BBQ and presentations we will be heading to the GNH for an end of season season drink. There will be extra vouchers and we look forward to seeing you there.
