Storelocal oembed demonstration

WordPress and other CMS’s use a Oembed to embed links, more info here. It is pretty neat.

here is an example of an embedded link that looks good:

<html><body><blockquote class=”wp-embedded-content” data-secret=”ggrHaIt1E1″><a href=”https://lhero.org/2016/01/07/boomers-club-localhero-project-2/”>Boomers Club and the LocalHero project</a></blockquote><iframe class=”wp-embedded-content” sandbox=”allow-scripts” security=”restricted” style=”position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);” title=”&#8220;Boomers Club and the LocalHero project&#8221; &#8212; LocalHero Org” src=”https://lhero.org/2016/01/07/boomers-club-localhero-project-2/embed/#?secret=soZHZiKtD8#?secret=ggrHaIt1E1″ data-secret=”ggrHaIt1E1″ width=”600″ height=”338″ frameborder=”0″ marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe></body></html>

Here is an example from the Storelocal website:

<html><body><blockquote class=”wp-embedded-content” data-secret=”CHsZsjJYWL”><a href=”https://storelocal.com.au/locations/melbourne/self-storage-northcote/”>Northcote</a></blockquote><iframe class=”wp-embedded-content” sandbox=”allow-scripts” security=”restricted” style=”position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);” title=”&#8220;Northcote&#8221; &#8212; StoreLocal Self Storage” src=”https://storelocal.com.au/locations/melbourne/self-storage-northcote/embed/#?secret=RnEIEewtyZ#?secret=CHsZsjJYWL” data-secret=”CHsZsjJYWL” width=”600″ height=”338″ frameborder=”0″ marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe></body></html>

The underlying functionality works but it does not look great. I’d suggest your web people need to set a site logo (sitewide) and featured images and excerpts for all relevant posts/pages etc.
