The City of Melbourne have extend the shutdown of the Western oval due to the poor surface condition. I realise this is late was only extended at 3:03PM (see image above), it mentions training and although we compete (not train) the extended shutdown includes us.
So I have rejigged week 11 to ensure as many teams as possible play and to minimise changes in kick-off times. So please check the fixture as soon as possible as most likely your teams kick-off times has changed (and some additional teams now have a bye):

Note this is a council decision, not ours, we never postpone.
Two other very important points:
- This is a postponement, we may extend the season by a further extra week but that will need to be assessed.
- Council have comitted that the Western will be opning nex week and if not another oval nearbye will be utilised
- Every team will get the expected number of games
- We are a social organisation so we encourage everyone who has locked in dinner at the GNH to still attend, we’ll arrnge a voucher for you.
