Team lists are the of who is on each team. It should list all regular players and only players on that list may play regularly or play in finals (wthout a written exemption).
Since Summer 2025-26 they reset each season, and it is the captains responsibility to ensure all regular players are listed on it but this should not take more than 5–10 minutes.
In order to be on your team’s list, a player must:
- Have an account on our system
- Be a member of Princes Park Touch Association
- Be added to your team specifically — having an account and being a PPT member isn’t enough on its own; they also need to be joined to a team
An up to date team list should be in place by week 3 and every team needs at least 8 players recorded against it. Please don’t leave this until the last minute, team that fall short will not get bonus points, will not be allowed to play finals, and any player who is found to be playing regularly without being on a team list may be removed from the ground
Viewing the list
Team lists appear in three places: the paper scoresheet on the night, and two places on the website — the public team page, and the Members section under your team’s group (see below for how to find that).
Finding the team list online
- Go to the listings of your teams/groups
- Select your team
- Select the Members section in the menu
- View the list — whether each player is also a PPT Association member is shown next to their name. Note the list may be paginated (use the search function), and players can occasionally appear twice if they have multiple accounts on our system.
At the start of the season, only the captain will be on the team list. Returning players who are already PPT Association members need to be reinstated by the captain — this takes less than 5 minutes; see “Players returning from a previous season” below.
Adding players to the list
