just a couple of points to keep you abreast of what is happening in our competition over the final three weeks.
Week 14
For all grades except B grade this is the final week of regular season round robin play. For B grade teams this is quarter final week.
However it is important to remember if you miss out on finals this is NOT the end of the season. Those teams missing finals however will playoff for minor placing so everyone will play through to the end of the season (subject to the usual byes).
Week 15
This is semi final week for teams making finals. Because there is limitted daylight at RPT and no lights there will be no extra time at RPT in finals matches so the higher placed teams will go through to the GF in the event of a draw.
Those teams missing the finals who don’t have a bye will play off for final ladder positions in friendly matches (although its all friendly at RPT).Â
Week 16
This is grand final week for teams making GF’s. Because there is limitted daylight at RPT and no lights there will be no extra time at RPT in finals matches so the higher placed teams will be crowned champion in the event of a draw.
Those teams missing the finals who don’t have a bye will play off for final ladder positions in friendly matches (although its all friendly at RPT).Â
There will also be extra drink vouchers and an end of season function at the Great Northern Hotel that night so keep the night free and get along to the GNH and enjoy the social side of RPT.
